The company was founded in Encinitas, Southern California, by owner and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. David G Fudala, former FACE Construction Technologies Mechanical Engineer (1995-1998), who envisioned providing these industries with global services from the day he established his company. ALLFLAT has over 25 years of experience in the fields of material handling, profile products (profileograph) mechanical and electrical engineering design and manufacturing, concrete floor and VNA aisle grinding, construction engineering and design, concrete construction, construction education, construction forensics, construction expert witness and construction testing and inspection. ALLFLAT is member ACI, ASCC, ASTM, and MHIA. Mr. Fudala sits on ACI Committees 117, 302 and 360.

ALLFLAT is the owner of Face Consultants profiling since a business acquisition took place in 2005. A mutual agreement for the transaction between Mr. David Fudala and Mr. George Garber & Mr. Robert Costas was a very good takeover for the interest of both the material handling and construction industries. Since then ALLFLAT has assumed the role as the Industry's Leader for Superflat F-min Defined-Traffic profileograph measurements and corrective grinding for VNA Distribution Centers and Warehouses in North, Central, South America and Australia.
